Individual Counseling
$200 - 50 minute session
Therapy provides a supportive environment to gain clarity, build skills, and improve relationships. We’ll work together with your lived experience and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to identify goals, develop effective coping strategies, and improve quality of life.
Our approach is goal-driven. Many people report minimal progress or benefit in therapy when they simply review their week and are validated endlessly. While it feels great to always hear you’re right, that approach will not improve relationships or result in long-term benefit. Our goal is to give you the insight, skills, and confidence to promote positive mental health for years to come.
Adolescent Counseling
$200 - 50 minute session
Adolescence is a time of significant growth and change, both personally and socially. In these sessions we use a personalized approach to empower adolescents to navigate the complexities of growing up with confidence, balance, and a sense or purpose.
Teen therapy incorporates strengthening executive functioning skills, preparing to live independently, managing social relationships through life transitions, and improving communication skills to restore or sustain a sense of harmony at home.
With the exception of safety concerns sessions with teens are confidential. Caregivers are always welcome to join a portion of the session to share in goal setting and coordinate care at the request of the client.
